I’ve been trying to cut back on fast fashion a bit, and Jack & Jones has been a decent choice so far. I liked that they actually share some info about recycled cotton and better sourcing instead of making you dig around for it. That said, I am not conducting a full ethical audit here, I just wanted jeans that didn’t make me feel terrible about buying them.
The jeans showed up in normal packaging without loads of extra plastic, which was nice. They fit well, feel sturdy, and seem like they’ll last, so hopefully I won’t be replacing them anytime soon. I also appreciate that they mention worker standards, though obviously I hope they keep pushing that further. Anyway, overall I’m happy with my order, and the jeans are genuinely solid.

I liked how straightforward the site felt. I was able to find what I needed quickly, and the menus made sense to me without having to click around too much. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate because I don’t want to second-guess every step when I’m trying to place an order.

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service i wasn’t expecting it to be that quick, but they got back to me fast and just sorted it out. Jeans fit just right. I used the size chart and it actually helped.

The refund process was kinda okay, but it did take a few days to show up. Not a huge deal, just wish it had been a little quicker...

I was mainly looking for some jeans and t-shirts, not just browsing for a random deal. After adding what I wanted, the promo code actually made a noticeable difference, and the sale prices were better than I expected. Since I saved a decent amount on stuff I was already going to get, I’m happy with it.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the styles are actually really nice and it was easy to find things I liked. The clothes look cool in person and the fit was better than I thought it would be.

Delivery was decent too, no drama there. They’re not always the cheapest, but I’d rather buy from them than some random site I dont know. Solid 4 stars from me.

I ordered a hoodie and a pair of jeans from jackjones, they kind of confirmed what I already thought about the brand. I’ve always felt like Jack & Jones stuff is usually solid for the price, and these pieces backed that up. The hoodie fabric is thick but still comfy, and the jeans fit really well without that cheap, flimsy feel. I’ve washed both a couple of times now and they still look the same, which is always the real test for me. Happy with the order and I’d definitely buy from them again

I ordered a hoodie and, to be fair, the color pretty much matched the photos on the site. I was half expecting it to show up looking totally different like these things sometimes do, but thankfully there wasn’t any weird surprise. So yes, I’m happy with that.

Bought a pair of jeans from jackjones.com the payment bit was super easy. They had the usual options I already use, so I didn’t have to deal with any annoying checkout crap. The secure payment page popped up, confirmation came through right away, and nothing felt weird or dodgy. No issues at all, felt totally safe ordering there

I ordered a couple of shirts from jackjones.com, and the checkout was just really straightforward. Added them to the basket, put in my address, paid, and that was pretty much it. No odd extra steps or random pages popping up, which I always half expect these days for some reason.
It probably took about 2 minutes altogether, maybe less. I liked that I didn’t have to click around a bunch or make it into a whole thing. Simple, quick, and kind of refreshing actually. I’d use it again.

Ordered from JACK & JONES when I was feeling a bit pressured to get some clothes sorted quickly, so I was relieved when the parcel turned up looking proper neat. The packaging was clean without being over the top, and the clothes were folded nicely with nothing squashed or all messed up.
